Vintage Items
Much of my
interest in beading has arisen from my fascination with textiles and fashion. I
have often been disappointed with wonderful pieces of vintage jewellery which
look fabulous but are really too fragile to wear with confidence and must be
treated like museum exhibits. The items you will find here incorporate vintage
beads and vintage styles with modern materials providing designs you can wear
anytime.
Bead-woven pieces
are constructed using multifilament nylon beading thread which is very strong.
All weaving and the addition of findings are well constructed, reinforced and
made as strong as possible for maximum durability.
