Necklaces
All these
necklaces feature soft glass lampwork beads handmade by me in my studio. To
protect the beads while giving maximum strength and flexibility, all necklaces
are strung on high quality nylon thread or coated, stranded beading wire.
Elements of my designs have been used purposefully to give maximum comfort for
the wearer.
All findings are
sterling silver (.925) or silver plated. Silver plated extension chains are
included to allow length adjustments up to 5cms. High quality freshwater pearls,
semi-precious gemstones and Swarovski crystals are used to augment and enhance
the handmade beads.
With sympathetic care these necklaces and their components are extremely durable
and will last for many years. If dropped or knocked they may break.

"Middle Earth" - Turquoise and ivory
glass beads with real silver

Handmade lampwork glass beads ivory and turquoise glass beads (7).
Incorporating real silver into the glass causes interactions that give an
attractive netlike effect over the beads(1cm x 1.5cms). Strung with pearl and turquoise seed beads,
turquoise Swarovski crystals and silver bead cups.
