Will I Be Happy With My Purchase?

Guarantee

    All the beads I make are appropriately kiln annealed and are carefully examined for cracks. Under normal use they will be extremely durable. However, they are glass and require sufficient levels of care. I do not knowingly offer substandard beads for sale. All items are guaranteed for normal wear. Refunds will always be made for faulty items.
    I take care to describe items carefully and would like you to be happy with any purchase made. Please contact me for more information or clarification BEFORE making a purchase. If there is a problem with a purchase please contact me within seven days of receipt of the item and we will work out a fair solution (refund, exchange or replacement) for all concerned. Any item returned for reasons other than faults MUST be returned in the condition it was received by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, these costs WILL NOT be refunded.

How Will I Receive My Purchase?

Delivery

    In the UK items will be sent First Class, Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery depending on the value of the item. Orders will be sent out as soon as is practical after receipt. A Certificate of Posting will be obtained for items valued below £25. All items will be carefully packed and wrapped for posting.

     All items are packaged and sent individually, to ensure safe and secure postage.

Is What I See the Same as What I Get?

    I make sure to photograph all items carefully and also take time and effort to ensure accurate descriptions to clarify details to ensure as much information about a product is available as possible. However, the images you see on this site are digital and computer equipment may portray some slight alteration of colour. If a perfect colour match is required please do not hesitate to contact me for any verification. susan@heatherfieldbeads.com

I do not wish to Order over the Internet. Can Products be Purchased by Mail Order?

    If you do not wish to order across the internet, please send me details of any items you wish to purchase to this address: mailorder@heatherfieldbeads.com . Items can also be purchased by Phone: 07738223816. Orders will be dispatched after the cheque has been cleared. Please Note that through Mail Order I will not be able to accept Credit Card payments at this time.

If I Buy are my Personal Details Retained on File?

    I shall NOT collect customer information other than that needed to fulfil any order that is made. Payments are made through a secure server managed by PayPal ; account details are NOT sent or recorded by me.

How much will you Charge for Postage and Packaging?

    It is our policy to keep postage costs to a minimum. See table below for actual costs for each items value.
